The 12-month format (8 months residential on campus in Lucknow + 4 months internship/placement) compresses learning into maximum intensity and duration. It front-loads hands-on execution, peer collaboration, and daily practitioner mentorship without dragging out education into a 2-year theoretical MBA.
You need a valid Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. We do not require CAT or GMAT scores. We look for curiosity about how businesses work, coachability, a growth mindset, and a strong drive to execute under real business conditions.
Up to 50% of your time is spent working on active business challenges for real companies, not decade-old case studies or simulations. You are assigned actual revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and GTM execution challenges, mentored directly by active industry leaders.
Application starts with a simple 30-minute introductory call to check mutual alignment. Following the call, you complete a brief 10-minute application form, followed by a 45-minute interview with a program manager to review your goals and expectations.
