Frequently Asked Logistics Questions

Format choice, workload while working, campus life, and backgrounds we see thrive-expand any question for the full picture before you apply.

Why is residential (8 months) shorter than hybrid (16 weeks)?

Residential is 8 months of intensive immersion plus 4 months of internship and placement (12 months total). Hybrid is 16 weeks online, a 2-week bootcamp, and 4 weeks of final project-same 12-month arc. The math is similar: residential front-loads intensity; hybrid spreads it. Choose based on your life situation, not a misleading duration comparison.

Can I do this while working?

If you choose hybrid, yes-many students keep employment. Expect about 15–20 hours per week of structured content and project work. Residential requires relocation and full-time commitment. If your job already consumes 50+ hours a week, adding learning on top will be brutal-you will need to make a real tradeoff.

Can I study part-time?

No. This is full-time learning (or hybrid with a focused in-person bootcamp). We do not offer a spare-time version because depth comes from intensity and immersion. If you need flexibility, hybrid while working is the path-not a diluted part-time curriculum.

What's the residential campus like? Will I feel at home?

The Lucknow campus is built for learning intensity and peer bonding: single or shared rooms, fiber in every room, gym, three meals a day (veg and non-veg), common study spaces, and mentors available evenings. It is not a luxury resort-it is a focused environment where cohorts bond hard. The most common sentiment we hear: students wish they could stay longer.

What if I'm from a non-business background (engineering, design, medicine)?

That is often an advantage. Strong performers frequently come from non-business backgrounds because they are not locked into textbook assumptions. Engineers bring systems thinking, designers bring customer empathy, clinicians bring complexity. We teach business fundamentals anyone can learn-the fresher your perspective, the better.
